Roscoe was very scared when I found him, but warmed up with love and attention.  He's a pretty active kitty, and gets excited when I enter the room.  He reaches up on my legs and sometimes gets the claws out, but he only wants petted and loved.  He loves to play with string and toys...he is also very vocal.  He would be a wonderful pet with the right person who could show him lots of love, attention and understanding.  He loves being pampered in a home environment and wants to be the center of attention.
