Oy's Story...
From the foster:
"We have estimated that Oy is around 9 months old. He wandered up to my neighbors house about a month ago and they called Animal Control to collect him. In the nick of time my wife saw this going on and was told by the Animal Control employee that since he is a Pit Bull he is not considered an adoptable dog and would be put down in 72 hours if nobody claimed him. At this point we decided to take him in with intentions on finding him a loving home.
Oy gets along great with our two dogs and has quickly become a friend to my two children. He is very loving and has a great personality. He has met 2 of our 4 cats and is curious but not aggressive towards them. He enjoys walks and behaves well on a leash, loves attention and playing with all sorts of dog toys. We would love to find Oy the right home with a loving family.

ROCK-A-BULLY RESCUE is a breed specific no kill dog rescue that adopts out bully breeds, which is a category of breeds that includes the American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Staffodshire Bull Terrier, American and English Bulldogs, and English Bull Terriers. While most of our dogs are pit bulls, we welcome many other powerful breeds such as rottweilers, doberman pinschers, and mastiff breeds. It is our mission to save these breeds by transforming the publics opinion through the success of our adoptions.

Our Adoption Process...
Our rescue has a thorough adoption process to ensure that our dogs are placed in their perfect forever home. All adopters are required to complete an adoption application which is followed by a home check and one on one interview. We require and adoption fee of $150 for adults and $200 for puppies under 6 months of age. All dogs are spayed and neutered and up to date on shots. Remember, adopting a Bully is a lifetime commitment. Not every family needs a Bully, but every Bully needs a family.
