Lila's story...
Lila came as a stray from Arlington. She is a great gal with lotsa love to give. She loves playing with other dogs... chase, tug-tug, or chewing the same toy as one of the other rescue 'girls'. She is crate trained and knows basic commands and is very gentle in taking treats from your hand. This girl needs someone to call her own.

About Our Rescue Group...
A.W.O.L. Rescue is located on the outskirts of Dallas Texas. The dogs/puppies were pulled from shelters in surrounding areas that were due to be euthanized had we not taken them in. It is our mission to place all of our ‘rescues’ with sound, loving homes. There will be an adoption application which must be completed and approved before adoptions are final. All of A.W.O.L’s rescues are fully vetted before adoptions. All dogs/puppies will be current on shots, worming and will be spayed/neutered before going to their forever homes.

We are a priviate rescue and show our dogs/puppies by appointment only.
Our Adoption Process...
We have an adoption application which must be completed and approved before adoptions are finalized. Our adoption fee varies depending on the vet care needed on individual dogs/puppies, ranging from $100.00 up thru $250.00. You may email our rescue for an application.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We are a non-profit organization located in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas. The dogs/puppies we have are all rescued from various shelters or clinics. Some are mixed breeds, some are full blooded, but all have American Pit Bull Terrier.
