I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
My name is Kobe and I am a male Bichon/Poodle mix born sometime in 2002. I weigh 13 pounds. I can be adopted for the Senior Dog Rate of $75.00
I have a very sunny nature, a happy little guy , and am eager to be loved and to please. I enjoy playing with other calm dogs but would do well as your only dog if I have lots of attention. My vision is a bit limited but I do well getting around. I enjoy rides in the car.
I get along very well with children aged 1 and over, I love interacting with people. My watchdog abilities are beginning to develop, as I let my foster Mom know when someone is at the door. Walks are especially fun for me, for good exercise, and as I love to sniff out the scents of other dogs. I am house trained but also use a piddle pad when you aren't home or during the night. I also know how to use a doggie door to a fenced yard. I am also crate trained.
I am diabetic and require 2 insulin injections each day. I love to eat carrots as my daily snack. I also need to be fed on a schedule. I am a good boy and am doing well with this routine. I love doggie beds beside your bed and when told it is time for night- night, I climb right in and stay there till morning.
I love being held like a baby or sitting in your lap.
Everyone who meets me loves me, which is a compliment to my very balanced, laid-back self. I'm just an all round good guy, looking for a loving home.

**Small Paws® Rescue is frequently invited to speak at national functions to further educate the public about the need for breed rescue organizations to exist, the importance of spaying and neutering your pet, and the suffering that continues daily in the puppy mills of America.
Small Paws® Rescue adoption fee is $150 for dogs under 8. For dogs over 8, the adoption fee is $75. This includes vaccinations, heartworm check, teeth cleaning (if needed) and altering (IF over 6 months of age).
If shipping is required, there will be these additional fees: $175.00 American Airlines Priority Parcel air fare, $40.00 crate and $35.00 for the health certificate. The crate, health certificate and airfare are not refundable.
We are nationwide with foster homes all over the United States.
