| Dani-Annie is located in Norfolk VA and we will not fly this little girl. Well, this is all new to me! I've spent my whole short little life in a kennel having puppies. When the milk ran out, so did my time. With the help of Pug Rescue, I found my way to AMPS. I am a very shy, skiddish little girl who will need a stay at home parent with LOTS of patience, a fenced yard and a dog door. Absolutely no children! But, another small dog for company would be great. I am not ALPHA at all. I can do my business outside (via a dog door) but if I get locked in...well, you know the drill. I am having a dilly of a time trying to figure out how to ask to go outside since I've spent so little time indoors with people. I have learned three things very quickly; "couch time" - that's when we all get to watch TV with my foster parents, "let's go" - I will just follow the other dogs, and "bed" - for eating or sleeping. I am crate trained. Matter of fact, I spend most of my time running in and out of the crate with every new noise. Some things are so scary to me! In my two short weeks in foster care, I will now try to get mom's attention and let her pet me on the couch. I'm still leary if she tries to pick me up or reach for me. Probably because I am just not used to being loved. She is so proud of my progress! I hold my head up now and prance around the yard with my tail up. I have even begun to try and play with the other dogs! I am a challange, but, if you have the time and patience, I am going to be one great little girl who will love you forever. |
