Dolly and her sister Lucy are 5 month old Corgi mixed-breed sisters. They were found outside a dirty apartment in San Diego, owned by a man who was breeding their mother in order to sell her puppies for profit. The puppies were rescued from that situation at 6 weeks of age but unfortunately, since then, these two girls have been bounced around. The first two homes promised to be permanent, but the owners were unable to keep them due to job commitments and then when the purchase of a home fell through.
Dolly and Lucy are now safe together in a foster home in Los Angeles, up to date on all their shots, and almost house-broken. They are very loving and full of energy. Dolly may be smaller than Lucy but what she lacks in size she makes up for in spunk and with her sunny personality. Dolly is funny, sweet and mischievious. Her sister Lucy is slightly bigger and also a little more reserved at first meeting but once she warms up she loves to run and play and then collapse happily at her foster mom's feet with a toy. Both girls are now being raised with other dogs and with cats and they can be placed for adoption separately.
