ET's story...

Estimated Date of Birth: March 15, 2009

Say hi to ET!  ET came to us with his brother Elliot from a high kill shelter.  ET and Elliot love to play together.  ET is a little more shy than his brother, but once he gets to know you is the biggest lap cat in the world. ET is much more calm than Elliot and loves to watch what is going on.  ET will play quite a bit with toys, but is not nearly as hyper as most kittens you will find.  He has a loud motor and will purr as soon as his belly is rubbed.  He loves to roll on his back and allow you to pet away.  ET would be great as an only cat or with other kitties.  He loves to be held and lay like a baby in your arms. Consider making ET a part of your home?

ET's adoption fee is $100.  For more information, please visit our website at www.HobbesHouse.org

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a relatively new no-kill rescue group in Wake Forest, that takes in stray and abandoned cats / kittens, and then works to find them their forever homes. All of our animals are tested, vaccinated and have either been spayed or neutered. Although we currently have a wonderful all-volunteer staff, we always need more help (foster homes, fundraising, PR, website work, newsletters, etc). If you are interested in volunteering (even for just a few hours) or donating to help us rescue more cats and kittens, please contact us !!

Come Meet Our Pets...
We list all of our adoption events and our available kitties on our website: www.HobbesHouse.org . Our adoption events are normally held each weekend at the PetSmart at BrierCreek ( Saturday from 11 - 2 and Sunday from 12:30 - 3:30 )
If you are interested in meeting one of our kitties, please email or call us !
Our Adoption Process...
We require that you fill out an application. If you live in an apartment, we then call them to insure they allow pets. If you have owned a pet before, we contact your vet for a reference.
After these two things have been done, we then contact you to discuss your application.
Our adoption fee is $100 for non- microchipped cats and $115 for microchipped cats, which covers our basic medical costs (vaccines, Feline Leukemia / FIV testing and spay/neuter).
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham, Wake Forest, Youngsville, Apex, Holly Springs
