| My name is Star, a male Bichon/Poodle. I was most likely born in the summer of 2008 and weigh 9 pounds. I live with foster brothers and sisters, we have so much fun playing in the fenced back yard and my foster brother is teaching me how to keep all the birds and squirrels off of the lawn. (I am getting good at that.) but I would also do well with leashed walks. I am learning how to play fetch with my foster sister. I get along well with other dogs and cats but would also do well as your only pet. When mom goes somewhere she always lets us go with her, it is so much fun to ride in the car. I have my own special bed and blanket. I enjoy laying in it, it does take me awhile to get it perfect enough to lay down on. I always follow my foster mom when she goes into another room. My mom makes sure I always a have a chewy to chew on, it is a big job, but feels good on my teeth. I get special treats when I ask to go outside. I even get to sleep in the big bed with everyone. My favorite time of the day is when I get cuddles and kiss’ from my foster mom. I have so much fun when the grandchildren come over, they play with me or just let me sit in their laps. Children in the home should be aged 5 and over. I had a knee cap that would not stay in, so Small Paws rallied up and helped me get the surgery. Now my knee is working just fine and I can now run with everyone and sometimes I even win the race to the fence. Star is being fostered in WY. If you would like to adopt this dog, please fill out the Small Paws Rescue Preadoption Application. |
