| Hi All, I am URGENTLY looking for a foster home or home for Achilees, a gorgeous 1yr old male American Bulldog/Pit. You know when you find a dog that is just a GREAT DOG WIT ALL, this is Acilees!! He's still a puppy at 1yr, large though around 65-70lbs. He is white/brown, with lovely amber eyes. He loves people and children, and is really great with other dogs, of all breeds, small large, male female, even get's on with a kitten:-) I had him in boarding, and he wasn't doing well, he was stung by an insect, which caused a reaction on his skin, poor baby got really sick!!. I really need to place him in a home now, plus I just can't afford to have anymore dogs in boarding!! He gets anxiety, and boarding was not helping with that, he can't be in a confined space. He's quiet and gentle, you won't hear too much from him, pretty mellow. He just needs to be given some TLC, and needs to put on some weight. If anyone knows of a good foster, or even a home, please please let me know. I'm honestly at my wits end now, as I have a great many expenses with boarding dogs, vet bills, and don't have any funds left. I know we're all in the same boat with money, and lack of fosters, but if you think he'd be suitable for a home you know of or a foster home, please let me know. I in turn, will help place any dogs you need help with. About Our Rescue Group...
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs from various Los Angeles shelters the day they are to be euthanized. Our goal is to help provide animals with a second chance to a happy life and to help reduce pet overpopulation through spay and neuter programs. Once rescued, we place our dogs into loving foster homes while they await adoption. We do not keep dogs in kennels. Placing the dogs in foster homes is the first step to rehabilitation, as it allows us to thoroughly evaluate a dog's demeanor and needs enabling us to make the perfect match of dog and permanent owner. We attribute our high rate of successful placement to our foster program. At Ace of Hearts, we do not discriminate against any breed, including those in the bully breed family. Additionally, Ace of Hearts is dedicated to educating the public on how to be responsible pet owners and on the importance of spaying and neutering. We believe the real solution to pet overpopulation is through spaying and neutering pets.

First, you can fill out an application at www.aceofheartsdogs.com under HOW TO ADOPT. Then you can come see the dog at our Saturday adoptions or directly and the foster parent's home. Third, we would do a housecheck, then upon receipt of the $250 donation and signed Adoption Agreement Form, you are good to go! Please call (310) 358-3344 if you have any questions/requests.

Los Angeles and Surrounding Areas (Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Studio City), San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, and the San Fernando Valley. Please note: We adopt dogs out anywhere, as long as the adopter comes to travel with them.
