Rocky's story...
My name is Rocky, but I'm a lover, not a fighter. All I want to do is give you my love, be petted and held and purr for you! My mom was rescued when she was pregnant. I and my littermates were born indoors. I've never been outside. The man who had us understood that only special kitties have a good chance of being adopted. My littermates were too shy and afraid to hope to find a home, so he kept them while he tries to socialize them. But I'm a very special boy who will warm up to you quickly! Everyone who comes into my foster home falls in love with me. I invite people to pet me, and when they pick me up I purr and just melt into their bodies. I miss my siblings, but I enjoy playing with other kitties that are also here. And I love playing with toys. I have to spend most of the time in a cage, but when I am let out, I'm happy to 'love up' on people. I've never met a dog or a small child. A dog might be difficult for me to adjust to. But I am a very gentle boy, never aggressive, always loving. So as long as anyone is nice to me, I'll get along just fine. Please give me a forever home. I promise to be the love of your life.
