Logger is a very large, very lovable boy! Solid black with a huge, impressive Mastiff head. Logger is all heart...... he is calm and good natured. Logger is great with other dogs - living peacefully with several other rescues. He adores people and never meets a stranger.

Logger is already neutered, vaccinated and heartworm negative. He came to TEARS very mistreated but is well now and eager for a home of his own.

If you love extra large dogs full of extra large love - Logger is the dog for you!!

This animal can be visited every weekend at TEARStown.

About Our Rescue Group...
TEARS, The Emergency Animal Rescue Service, is a not-for-profit Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals dedicated to the rescue of injured animals, the investigation of cruelty and the prosecution thereof. We are one of the few organizations in Central Alabama operating on a 24 hour a day, seven day a week basis. We are also one of the only organizations which extends help to ALL animals, including wildlife, reptiles and livestock and specializing in horses. Our incorporation allows us to function through out the state of Alabama.

TEARStown is open to the public every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.. Location in Birmingham Alabama, near Pleasant Grove.
Our Adoption Process...
A pre-screen of potential adoptees is required by completing a Pre-Adoption form on our website.

Our adoption fee is $105.00 for our rescues. The adoption fee helps us defray some of the cost of medical treatment the animals have already received.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
