Flower's story...
SPECIAL NEEDS. I'm a young short haired Manx mix white with brown points spayed female. I am sweet and loving, have an outgoing personality and get along great with people. However, I have an on-going bladder problem and don't have great motor control in my back legs. I'd really like to find a forever home - do you have enough love to give me a chance?

About Our Rescue Group...
9 Lives Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which depends soley upon unpaid volunteers to operate. As we don't have a shelter, we keep our cats and dogs in foster homes until they are adopted. Thus, the number of cats and dogs we can rescue depends directly on the number of foster homes we have - the more people willing to foster, the more animals we can rescue. We are also a "no-kill" organization and will euthanize an animal only if its health is so poor that trying to keep it alive would be cruel to the animal. It is our objective to make every effort to place all animals that come into our care into appropriate loving homes. Our volunteers love and get to know each animal which enables us to match prospective adopters with an animal that will fit in their home and become a beloved member of the family.

Come Meet Our Pets...
We hold adoption fairs every Saturday. Our cats are at the Petsmart on Powers throughout the week and we bring in our kittens every Saturday from 11:00 to 3:00. We rotate cats through Petsmart during the week. Our Dogs are at Petco on Powers Every Saturday from 11:00 to 3:00. If you see a animal that you may be interested in,lease contact us to set up a meeting anytime during the week.
Our Adoption Process...
We have all prospective adopters fill out an application to see if their lives and needs match with one of our pets. If approved they are required to sign a contract with us. Each Pet has been tested and either spayed or neutered, and have had their shots. Adoption fees vary depending on the amount we have had to put into them. Kittens have a $100 adoption fee and Puppies are $120 and this includes microchipping. Cat and Dog adoption fees vary but can range from $50-$100.
