Radar is a female, 5 year old looks to be a Malinois/Pitbull mix who is a wonderful size, weighing around 45 pounds. Radar is in great physical shape and really loves people; she is better with older children (8+). She does get along with her temp guardian's 6 year old and 3 year old but does not live with them. Radar is weary of other dogs because she lived most of her life secluded from people and other animals. Plus, when Radar was a young dog, she was attacked by another dog and she has not been able to shake being fearful of other dogs. Unfortunately, her owners never socialized Radar with other dogs after the attack - but it is possible that Radar could live with another dog, but it must not be a gentle and non-dominant dog.
Radar walks very well on a leash, rides well in a car, know sit and stay, is fully house-broken. This lovely girl is up to date on inoculations and spayed. Because Radar has lived previously with a lot of confinement, we'd love to see her have a loving family and the opportunity to run around in a yard, as well as go for walks.
