Description: Roc is an active, intelligent, and FUN youngster who loves attention and craves a relationship with "his" human. He is great with other dogs and loves to play. He is good-natured and is now well-mannered (thanks to strong leadership and a Barkbusters contract which will transfer with him to his forever adopter). He is a typical, active purebred Lab who never received appropriate discipline during those critical adolescent months--he thought he was in charge of the world and, when he got bored, chomped on the nearest living being, human or dog. Barkbusters and his fosters taught him to control his boredom, but he needs someone to give him lots of attention and love, as well as exercise and doggy socialization. He's great in his foster's home and pack, playing with the other dogs of all sizes and temperaments. He is a lot of fun, especially when he gets that twinkle in his eye--which means that his brain is thinking up more ways to have fun than we know! He craves affection and love--will you give them to him?

A Forever-Home Rescue Foundation is a non-profit animal rescue group that operates in the Northern Virginia / Washington Metropolitan area. We strive to make quality cats and dogs available for adoption and do our best to match prospective adopters with the right animal!
Adoption events are held at Petco in the Greenbriar Shopping Center every Sunday from 1-4 pm.
Our Adoption Process...
We require an adoption application filled out, two interviews with volunteers (this can be done at the adoption event), a home visit is required prior to the animal going to their new home. An adoption fee of $325.00 for dogs/puppies and a fee of $150.00 for cats/kittens.
