Martin's story...
Martin was the smallest of the 7 kittens born up in a tree (yes it is true) to a barn cat. He is a adorable and while he was a preemie and had to be supplemented with bottles it has never slowed him down. Martin will be ready to go after Mon Oct 26th. UPDATE Nov 18th. : Martin is neutered and ready to go. He is a bit of a special needs in that he will only eat canned kitten food, "Wellness" brand. We hope in time he might be persuaded to eat some dry kitten food but so far we are having no luck with that. He passed his last physical although his bottom front teeth have not yet come in which makes his mouth look a bit different when he smiles. ;-) because he was a preemie he may be a bit slow mentally. But truthfully we can't tell that. He keeps up with the other cats and loves people and is afraid of nothing. (which could get him into some trouble with dogs if they aren't kitty friendly)

About Our Rescue Group...
Who We Are:
We are a 501(c)3 no-kill cat and kitten rescue group. Our mission is to place homeless, unwanted or abused cats and kittens into permanent, responsible homes. We also take on the occasional collie and beagle.
.

Animals are given comprehensive veterinary care including feline leukemia and FIV testing, sterilization, immunizations, and parasite control. They are also microchiped to identify them should they become lost. Because all animals are fostered in our homes, they are well socialized before adoption.

NEWS:
Home for Good!
In an effort to maintain adoptions, we are instituting a sliding scale adoption fee of $60 to $95 for cats and kittens (occasional exceptions may apply), for as long as we can afford it. What's the catch? The catch is YOU decide where on the scale you belong. Also right now on special "Pairs" of kittens we have lowered the fee to $100.oo for the 2.
