| Mulligan was rescued from a shelter by a good samaritan. He is neutered and UTD on all shots. Mulligan is an absolute sweetheart and he loves people. He does well with other dogs both big and small. He loves to play with other dogs so a companion dog for him would be wonderful. Mulligan is still learning about cats, he growls at them but does not chase them, we think he just does not know what they are yet. Mulligan loves to play with the tennis ball as you can see from his pictures. Mulligan also has one ear that sticks up straight like a pig's ear.
