Owner went into a Nursing Home and her daughter was the one who turned the dog in because she already had too many animals and couldn't keep Buster as well.

I am an animal lover and have been rescuing dogs for sometime now. I specialize in Chihuahuas. I will take owner surrenders or Chi's from shelters as well as Chi's from breeders and re-home these dogs. I do it for the love of the breed. Too many people dispose of animals and it is nothing they have done wrong--just the people that own them.
