Tripper was dropped off at a feral colony when he was very young. An adopt a stray volunteer made sure he was neutered, but eventually found out that unlike most of the cats he liked the company of humans. Matter of fact, Tripper got his name because he greeted the volunteer so enthusiastically, rubbing against her legs and begging for some attention that she was afraid she would trip over him!
This handsome classic red tabby (markings form a circle), is now in a foster home and although he is happy to have regular meals and a nice bed, he is unsure of his new surroundings. It's hard for a cat who has lived totally outside for so long to get use to all the sights and sounds of a house but each day he grows a little more confident. He still loves to petted and especially loves a good belly rub. His paws curl and kneed and he purrs loudly to let you know how much he enjoys the attention.
