Max - GA's story...
Meet Max, a lovable and energetic Bichon/ mix who weighs 15 pounds. It is believed that he was born in 2006.

Max has so much love to give. He LOVES getting attention in general. He loves being around people, children aged 6 and over , other animals and just being social. Unfortunately, when we got Max we had to give him a real short haircut due to extreme matting but when his coat fills out he will be even cuter.

Max is kept in a crate when his foster family leaves, He does tell you he doesn't like it but he calms down nicely and does just fine. He is mostly housebroken, but he does wear a belly band if he starts to mark. Max gets along well with other dogs, but he doesn't have to have a companion. He would actually prefer to be an only dog to receive all the love and the attention without the competition.

Max walks fine on a leash and he loves to ride in the car. A fenced yard would be best. He loves to run like a bullet and fetch balls. He hasn't figure out that he needs to drop it so you can throw it again for him though. We are working on that.

Max is till learning his manners so he is always at your feet or “in-your-face", making sure he gets his fair share of attention. He prefers to sleep in the big bed with his family.

Max is being fostered in GA.
