I recued her sometime in June of this year. She was about six months old. She had been hit by a car and had a broken hip, I took her to my Vet and she required surgery. The surgery was done very successfully. She is doing great from the surgery. She has been spayed. She got all her vaccinations. She is on heartworm prevention and getting the monthly flea treatment. I named her Princess. She is very sweet, she is hyper, she wants to play all the time. Since I rescued her, I keep her in my nice garage with air conditioned and she is in a very nice and large Kennel. Since I have so many pets to take care of, I have not been able to housebroken her. I do not have the time to take her outside to do her duties, but she is using the newspaper I put in the kennel. On weekends I take her in my back yard, so she can run and play and that is exactly what she does. I must tell you that it has been very fifficult for me to take care of her. I took her in just because I love animals very much and I could not have abandoned her when she was hit by a car. She would have probably die all alone.
The shelter is open to the public from 3 - 7 pm seven days a week. Dog adoption fees are $150 per dog and cats are $75 to $100 per cat.
