Tinkerbell's story...
Tinkerbell is a darling tiny three month old Boxer/Sheperd or possibly Boxer/Cattle dog mix that was scheduled to be euthanized at the County shelter. Tinkerbell was found running through the streets as a stray and it is a mystery how this tiny baby even survived long enough to be saved by Animal Control! Tinkerbell is a happy, spirited, social little girl with the most positive outlook you could ask for, despite the neglect she has already endured in her short life. She greets everyone she meets with a big smile, and bright, happy eyes and loves to meet new people and other dogs and cats. For only being three months old, Tinkerbell loves to ride in the car and is just thankful to be alive! Little Tinkerbell is crate trained, potty trained and living in perfect harmony with children and her big foster Boxer sister and Boxer brother. This little angle loves nothing more than to run and play and can't wait to have a family to call her own!

About Our Rescue Group...
Take Me Home (TMH), is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that has been saving the lives of homeless animals for more than six years. We work in conjunction with shelters and rescues throughout California and beyond to help save dogs on death row, on the streets or in unsafe living conditions. Our team is driven by love, compassion and doing right by innocent animals who have no voice.

We are very skilled in running mobile dog adoptions and working with families in all aspects of finding their new family member. We also have an on-site trainer at most of our adoption events and available as a resource after our dogs are placed in loving homes.

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, brought up-to-date on all shots and are micro-chipped. If we pull a dog from a shelter, we will quarantine him/her to ensure they are healthy before they go home. We also have an amazing foster program available for our special needs and older dogs.

As with any non-profit organization, we rely solely on funds from generous and cherished supporters to keep our doors open to save more lives. If you're not ready to adopt, please still consider donating to Take Me Home (www.takemehome.tv) today. Every little bit helps!

Come Meet Our Pets...
We are showing all of our dogs by appointment. If you would like to meet one of our precious pups, please call us on the TMH BARKLINE 310-967-4637.
Our Adoption Process...
All potential families must complete a short and easy application (this will be on our website soon!), talk to one of our friendly adoption volunteers and undergo a convenient home check.

Before a dog goes home, all families must complete and sign an adoption contract and we do ask for a suggested donation on all adoptions.

For all questions regarding adoptions, please call Shannon Haber at 323.828.2466.

We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We serve Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties and beyond.
