Hi! I'm Dexter. I either got lost or dumped but if I belonged to someone, they never came looking for me.  So here I am, looking for a new home. The person who is taking care of me tells me I'm probably a black lab mix.  And that’s true . . . I am all black . . . but I have a lot of dog wrinkles (they even fold over my hips when I sit!). . . which means I have some growing to do to grow into all of this skin.

I am male, probably around a year old and very friendly, loyal and affectionate.  I like other dogs and can get along with about anyone though I do have a little bit of a tendency to chase cats but hey, if she wants to run, the least I can do is chase her... LOL.  My favorite:  I love to romp and play with children.
