I know Elmo is a strange name for a high energy border collie but you see there is two sides of me one side of me is a great energetic work dog the other side is a kid friendly loving family dog. If you have every wanted the best of both worlds I am your dog. I have recently been given my summer haircut. But I normally have a silky healthy coat. I am in great health. I am living in a comfortable foster home but I would love to be able to run and work not to mention play a little ball. Please contact my friends at HOPE.
