George's story...
"George" is a cute, yet elegant dog. He has adorable flop ears and a fun face, yet he stands on long, dancer-like legs. He's a handsome fellow and all the girl dogs swoon when he walks by. He's strong, but he walks well on a leash and paces himself with you. He can be a bit shy, but when he decides you're a good person, he's all smiles with a great attitude! Boxers are generally gentle and make a good playmate for children. They are affectionate, obedient and loyal. They retain their puppyish ways well into maturity. Coat care is easy, just a light brushing, but the nails must always be kept short and the diet carefully balanced to prevent their tendency to be overweight. They are very energetic and need lots of exercise. Walks are good, but they are happiest when allowed to run around in a big fenced area. Come in and play with "George" in our doggie play yard.

Come Meet Our Pets...
We are located in the City of El Cajon which is east of San Diego. 1275 N. Marshall is two blocks north of Fletcher Parkway, Marshall runs parallel with the trolley tracks.

We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 10am to 5pm. The latest we start an adoption is 4:30. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption fee for dogs is $65.00 and cats is $55.00 All other animal adoption fee's are based on the type of animal.

We do an evaluation with you and the animal to be sure that it is the best animal for you. We require that all children in the household under 9 years old be evaluated with the animal and if you are adopting a dog and you currently own a dog, your dog needs to be evaluated with the new dog to be sure they get along.
