Introducing......Sam is a uniquely handsome male dog, around two years young, and weighing between 18-20 pounds. Sam looks to be a mix between a Beagle and a Mountain Feist/Cur from what we can tell. Sam is much smaller in size than his pictures depict. This sweet-heart of a dog came to A Caring Place after being rescued from kids who were chasing him and trying to whip him with sticks; the owner did nothing to prevent it either. Thankfully, a local rescuer saved Sam and transferred him to A Caring Place.
Sam is living in foster care now and thoroughly enjoying it. He is getting along well with the two dogs in the home and is actually playing with the Beagle. He is housebroken, well behaved in the home, and just a generally all around great dog.
Since his arrival, Sam has been neutered, inoculated against diseases, dewormed, tested for Heartworm Disease and placed on monthly preventative, plus microchipped. Adoption Applications are available online through our website - www.acaringplacehs.org
