Shiloh's story...
Please contact Anna (annaotat@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.

Meet Shiloh, a beautiful 1.5 year old Husky/Shepherd mix with a gorgeous golden/yellow coat. This sweet young girl is playful and social. Not surprisingly (based on the fact that she is an intelligent mix of breeds), Shiloh is smart too; she already knows 'sit' and 'down' and would likely pick up quickly on additional training. Despite her charm and good looks, Shiloh originally found herself at a high kill shelter where she was slated for euthanasia. When we met this gorgeous girl we knew that we couldn't let that happen and decided to make her a part of the One Tail at a Time crew. Shiloh is now spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm tested.
Shiloh is looking for both a foster and forever home. In addition to being friendly with people, Shiloh is playful and social (though can be a bit of a rough player) with other dogs too.
Shiloh is far more beautiful than her pictures indicate; we will post some more photos as soon as Shiloh is in a foster home.
If you are interested in fostering or adopting Shiloh, please e-mail Anna at annaotat@gmail.com. Her adoption fee is $200.

About Our Rescue Group...
One Tail at a Time is an all-volunteer, no-kill animal rescue based in the Chicagoland area. Working with a growing community of dedicated volunteers and foster homes, as well as boarding and daycare facilities, we are able to rescue animals from potential euthanasia and help lower overpopulation in area shelters.

We focus on finding permanent homes for our dogs by working to match the lifestyles of potential adopters with each dog's personality and needs. This, combined with our commitment to providing new adopters with education and support for the life of their dog, ensures that more dogs stay in their new homes permanently, reducing the number of pets that are returned to the rescue or shelters each year. All of our dogs are adopted fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, spayed or neutered, and microchipped.
