| Many wonderful animals come in each day, in need of new homes. When you adopt one of these pets you are literally saving his or her life, and you also allow another to have a chance at adoption. If you would like to volunteer at the shelter, or help in other ways (not at the shelter), email laccvols@gmail.com. We'd love to have you join the team! (must be at least 18 years old.) If you can foster an animal, please email us at laccvols@gmail.com. We would prefer that you be within a short drive of Lafayette, Baton Rouge, or NOLA and that you be able to foster him or her for at least 60 days. Adoption Fees-- All adopted pets are micro chipped, and come with a voucher to be used toward the cost of your new friend’s spay/neuter and rabies vaccination!
