Orange Tabby Kitten

Dolly is a it more shy than Joe, but loves to be held and pet! She came to me via the Humane Society and is another good example of how kittens can benefit from the foster system. She had a severe joint infection and was very close to losing her leg. The vets at the Humane Society worked to save the limb and now she's working hard to learn to use it again! She's doing that by having space to play and run and having a new companion (Joe).

She'll be on antibiotics for a few weeks and can be spayed upon adoption as long as the adopting family can give her her medicine on a daily basis.

Her birthdate is estimated as 9/11/09 and her adoption fee is $90.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered prior to pick-up, up to date on shots and worming, tested for feline leukemia and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. They also come with a free well visit with one of our participating vets. We thank these vets for being such a valuable part of our adoption process! An application is required prior to visiting our animals in their foster homes and to help ensure a good fit between adopter and adoptee. Please contact Mdeprima@kc.surewest.net for an application.

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small cat/kitten rescue, focusing on animals that do not do well in the shelter environment due to age or temperament or are at risk for euthanasia due to space constraints. When space is available, we may also take in 'free kittens' and educate and make available spay services to petowners.

Our mission is to provide an opportunity for cats/kittens that would otherwise be euthanized or end up as unaltered strays, to find high quality forever homes.
