Simone's Story...
Please read entire biography and read the last paragraphs for information how to apply for adoption.

Simone is a 5 year old Torti who is looking for a place she can call her own. She is loving and sweet but also independent. So if you're looking for a cat who is a good mix of the two then Simone says, 'Come over here and meet me!'

Simone is a beautiful gal who loves to curl up with other cats and really would prefer to have another cat in the home that she can lounge with, play with and just co-exist with. If you are looking for a matched set of kitties, then consider Simone and Georgia together. They're a dynamic duo!

About Our Rescue Group...
About Zara's List...
In his time, Oscar Schindler saved hundreds of Jews from the fate of the death camps. Yes, 6 million Jews died during that time but over 1200 lived because of the actions of one man. He didn't save everyone. He simply did what was within his power.

And so shall the folks of Zara's List.

We can't change that in our country every year we kill millions, yes millions, of animals. And we won't attempt to save all animals. We will simply strive to save those that are within our means of saving. As more folks step forward to volunteer their time, their energy, their abilities and gifts and finances, we will continue to save more animals. Some day we hope that the death camps called shelters will be eliminated in our country but until then we will continue our efforts to save those animals that are within our power to save.
Come Meet Our Pets...
We do adoptions by appointment. Once an application has been approved we will then set up a time to meet with potential families and see if we have a match with the dog or cat!
Our Adoption Process...
We require an application first to determine if the animal and the family are a good match. We then have a contract that has to be filled out. We do random home visits. There is a non-negotiable, non-refundable adoption fee on all animals.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
Riverside County, San Diego County, San Bernardino County, Orange County and Los Angeles County. . We have foster homes that are located in all counties as well. So the dog you are interested in may very well be in your area! Or for a short drive, find the love of your life!
