Andy - CT's Story...
This Bichon was rescued from a commercial puppy mill and can only be placed in a home with a socialized dog already living there.
The children in the home must be over the age of 10.

Andy has spent his whole life in a small cage in a commercial kennel. Andy was born 12/12/03 and weighs 10 pounds.

I have been having fun playing with my siblings, running around and throwing toys around. I am now house trained and go outside to a fenced yard.

I'm cute as a button and full of sweetness. I love giving kisses and laying next to my mom. I am truly a lap dog and follow my foster mom around the house.

Andy is being fostered in CT
