| Louie is 6 years old and weighs about 7 lbs. He has lost a bit of weight since this picture was taken. He is fawn and tan. He and his sister Baby Girl had been rescued from a bad situation about 2 years ago, but then were surrendered to us because they didn’t seem to like their new male owner. He also liked to run out the doggy door and bark at the neighbors or at squirrels and birds. He has been a good boy here. He loves to cuddle and give kisses to both my husband and my self. He has appointed himself my guardian and sticks close to me when he can. He does not like young children. He is house-broken. He tends to be a bit nippy when strangers first come into his home, but quickly settles down and wants to be friends. He greets people nicely when out in public. He gets along fine with other dogs; don‘t know about cats. Louie has hypothyroidism and takes soloxine for it. It costs about $13 per month. I would prefer that he and Baby Girl be adopted together; they have been through a lot together and are very close. Each of their fees will be reduced by $50 if they are adopted together.
