'Ben' is a 5-6 year old neutered male grey Schnoodle (Schnauzer/Poodle mix). He is up to date on his shots and worming, and is microchipped. He was surrendered by a local breeder. He is very gentle and sweet, but has special needs. He is deaf, and blind in one eye (he has a little sight in the other eye). He is good with other dogs. We don't just care for those cute and easily adoptable animals, but any animal in need. If we have room in our foster care system, they have care and a temporary home. It's that simple...and that challenging! We are in need of additional foster homes in and around Lancaster County, PA to continue this work...we recently were forced to house some rescue dogs at a nearby boarding kennel, as we did not have the space to put the dogs into foster care, but could not turn down saving their lives! Please note that the adoption donation listed above is a minimum donation, and is not necessarily for any individual pet. It is used as an offset for the ongoing Veterinary care and expenses required to operate this entire rescue program (like paying for a boarding kennel to house some animals if needed). We have some animals that have been with us for over a year, and they must continue to be fed, housed and cared for. We appreciate your help in this very necessary task! We receive no governmental assistance in this work, and survive only on these adoption donations, along with donations from people who share our concern for the animals. Please Help Us Help Them!
