Hank is gorgeous reverse Black & Tan Bloodhound. He's neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and heartworm negative. He's 5 years young and quite a laid back boy. Hank had been temperament tested at the shelter and is such a nice boy. He's a very social and friendly guy who gets along well with other dogs. Hank was someones family pet so he has lived in a house before. He knows how to sit, speak and walks well on a leash. He keeps his kennel very clean so we do believe that he's house trained. Hank longs to live in a home with a family to call his own. If you can possibly foster or would like to adopt Hank, please contact us ASAP! FENCED YARD. Invisible/underground electric fences don't work on these dogs. They get on a scent and are totally oblivious to anything else around them.....including traffic. Bloodhounds don't tie or chain well either. They are fine for apartment living as long as they get enough exercise.
All of our dogs are adopted to be 'in-the-house' family members. Bloodhounds are not for everyone, they can't roam free and can't be walked off leash.
