Shelby is estimated to be approximately 8 years old. She is a spayed, tan with white Chihuahua who weighs about 6.5 lbs. She is a nice little companion pup that will snuggle with you, likes her walks, and is so happy when you talk to her. She is about 99% housetrained. She would probably be good with older children (12 years and older). She gets along fine with her foster canine mates, but also bonds easily and likes the attention of her keeper.
Shelby has a fairly common condition known as "dry eye" that will require her to always be treated with eye drops to lubricate her eye.
Shelby is looking for a loving "forever home" and will make someone out there a wonderful new friend.

Our Adoption Process...
We have an application contract (plus an adoption fee) and a process to find the very best match between a pet and their adopter. We want both you and our dog(s)/cat(s) to be happy with the match.
ARRF will always spay/neuter all pets prior to adoption as well as give them all shots and provide any medical treatment necessary to make sure they are healthy to the best of our ability and knowledge.
