I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Andy ( or Andrew) is a small (7-8 pound) Pom that has a bigger than life personality. He also has a lush thick showcoat that makes him look bigger than he really is. He only weighed 5 pounds when i got him from the shelter!
He is the first dog to go up to a stranger and rub his body on the stranger's legs looking for some pets. He loves everyone and adores kids. He gets along with the other dogs but does not play with the other dogs - he wants to play with his person instead and will grab a toy outside to get your attention to play fetch with him or tug of war.
He is the first one out the door to go potty and thinks he is the alpha male. He barks to let you know he has to go out and to let you know to let him in.
The first 3 pics are of Andy on the day I brought him home from the shelter - he was pretty quiet. The last pic shows his happy lively personality today!

Taz's Pom Rescue rescues the pomeranians and chihuahas that no one wants, when we are their last hope. Our group obtains whatever medical care they need along with the routine vet care, provide any needed training and then adopt them out to their forever homes.

We require an adoption application be filled out where we check personal references and a veterinary reference and also do a home visit. An adoption contract must be signed when you are approved to adopt from us. Our adoption fees typically are $150 to $250 with some lower, depending on the age or health needs of the dog.
