Lucero was wondering the streets for days in a neighborhood in SW Houston, owners were never found and a Good Samaritan picked her up before she ended up in Animal Control.

Lucero is approx 1 yr old and weighs 45lbs; she gets along great with other dogs and is submissive.
She is crate trained and is doing great with house training, will just need a little more of positive reinforcement.
Lucero has already been spayed, she is current on vaccinations and has been dewormed several times. She is on Heartworm and flea preventative. The adoption fee is $125 and covers all her vet expenses. We provide all her vet records.

About Our Rescue Group...
We pick up dogs and cats from neighborhoods where animals are treated as garbage, they are outside on their own, and no shelter whatsoever and they are exposed to multiple dangers, such as: People with resentment and hostility towards animals, careless drivers, mean kids, etc. They are in grace of what they can find in the dumpsters or garbage cans in rough and impoverished neighborhoods. They mate and have litters; these litters are normally no less than 5 puppies because they are from multiple fathers. 2 out of 5 will survive to the age of 3 months, when they get parvo, distemper and worms and die. 1 out of the other 3 will be pick by a homeless to sell it for some bucks, the last 2 will reach 6 months, then they will be ran over or either kill by a bullet or poisoned. What they have done to deserve all this misery and suffering? – Nothing.... they are in this world because of an irresponsible and careless ignorant who decided to dump or kick out a dog he or she was supposed to care for.
