Merlot and his brother, Zin have turned into two beautiful young cats. They have a unique silvery under-coat. Both are very playful yet love to be handled. If someone is looking to adopt a pair this would be them. They have been together since birth and are looking for someone to join their family.

The Humane Society operates the Animal Shelter currently located at 465 Cloman Blvd. in West Pagosa Springs. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Sundays and Holidays, 10am to 4pm.
When you adopt from the Humane Society of Pagosa Springs, you receive a healthy, loving companion that has had all preliminary inoculations except rabies, is spayed or neutered, has a tag, collar and microchip for ID and is eligible for a free checkup with a local veterinarian.
Adoption Fees
The fee for adoptions is $75 for dogs and $30 for cats. When you adopt from the Humane Society of Pagosa Springs, you will get a healthy, loving companion that has received its preliminary inoculations, is spayed or neutered, has a tag and microchip for ID and is eligible for a free veterinarian checkup. The adoption fee is a great value.
