| Lucy and Peppermint Patty came from a family of five who were trapped and socialized. Lucy is a beautiful diluted calico with a pumpkin colored face and golden eyes. Her sister Peppermint Patty has the pretty light gray color face and gorgeous green eyes. They are both polydactyls. Lucy also has extra toes on her back feet too!! They are quite unique. Peppermint Patty is very affectionate. She is a real head butter. Lucy is more interactive and talkative with you. She loves to follow you around and talk and rub against you. Both girls hate to be picked up. Peppermint Patty loves to be in your lap and will spend hours kneading you and rubbing against your face… you just have to be sitting down with her or don’t pick her up, just pet her on the ground. They are never more than 5 feet from each other. They are often found sleeping together. They eat together and if you give one attention, the other one is there in a heartbeat to share the love! They love to play and chase things… their favorite toys are catnip toys and mice. They will bat them around for hours. They do spook easily. If you make sudden loud sounds they will scamper from sight. They do not like young children or strangers! Once they get to know you, you have to be careful not to step on them as they are always under foot! Both Lucy and Peppermint Patty are about 4 years old and will do well in a household with or without children. They would not do well in a home owning dogs. They are current on their vaccines and have both tested negative for Felv/FIV and have been altered. |
