| Missy is a sweet girl who needs a loving home. She is a little shy in new situations and will need to bond slowly with her new family. Missy does very well with other pets when properly and slowly introduced to them. In her current foster home, she has been introduced to two laid back dogs and the resident cats. Missy gets along with everyone, however, she is primarily a people-cat. She very much enjoys being with people that she knows. One of Missy's most endearing behaviors is her "pet me" dance. Missy twists and turns, rubbing in all directions. Missy is also very talkative and has a cute little squeak for a meow. Although it will likely take some time for Missy to warm up to new people, you will find that your patience will be well rewarded. She always seems to be in the mood for a good petting session. Missy can often be found sitting on the couch watching TV. She loves to follow the movement on the screen. She would make a wonderful companion for anyone who has love to give. Missy is becoming a lap cat. She just needs a special someone who is patient enough to give her the time and love that she needs to adjust to a new home. If you are that special someone, your patience will be well rewarded with a devoted life-long companion in Missy. Missy is approximately 6 yrs old. She is spayed, tested negative for feline leukemia and AIDs and is current on her vaccines. |
