Brandy's Story...
Brandy is about 7 years old. She is an outdoor dog but needs an indoor home. She is spayed and is a pure bred, long haired, "Truvern" German Shepherd. She weighs about 65 pounds. She's dainty. She absolutely LOVES to play fetch and when she was younger, we taught her to track items that we would hide. She was very good at tracking. She needs a family where one spouse is a work at home family member because Brandy has separation anxiety. She is too high energy to be crated. She will require lots of play time and long walks daily, to release her high amount of energy. The tips of her ears were attacked by flies in the summer and I'd like to get her an indoor home to prevent that from happening again this year. Years ago, she was an indoor dog and at that time got along with cats and children.
If you can offer this extremely beautiful girl a loving home, please inquire. She may or may not need a refresher course on potty training since she's been outdoors for so long. It is required that you own your own home, have a fenced yard so she doesn't get into the street, to be a stay at home person and to have a vet reference. Please email: braymoss@bellsouth.net

Rescue Group Info...

About Our Rescue Group...
We have a 13 year history of taking in only dogs and cats that "we find" or that "find us". We are a rescue home that has taken in many animals over the past 13 years. We solely support our rescue and pay for all spays, neuters, surgeries, medications, etc. out of our own paychecks. No donations and no volunteers. My husband has suffered a permanent, disabling injury that has financially forced us to stop our 13 year passion of saving animals. We currently have 10 dogs, big and small, that need good, safe healthy homes.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Please inquire about our pets on this website. We will arrange a meeting once we communicate through email and it is decided that you would be a good match for any of these animals.
Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption fee varies. This will cover the pets spay or neuter, vaccinations and heartworm testing.
We have a fairly simple contract that is for the pets protection. We require a fenced yard and prefer an indoor home.
You must own your own home and not rent. You should have a current veterinarian that we can use as a reference.
We would like to do a home check before finalizing the adoption.
All we want is the best possible situation for our little friends and owners who will give unconditional love and care to these deserving animals.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We are not taking in any more pets. We are only adopting out what we currently have.
