Trudy is a beautiful two-year-old, 42-pound bundle of joy that seems to win everyone’s heart once they meet her. If our personal dog was not an alpha female we would be keeping Trudy for ourselves in two seconds. Trudy was rescued from a high-kill shelter days before she was scheduled to be put to sleep. Despite this background, she is incredibly sweet and trusting. She’s a very calm dog, and is great with kids, and most dogs. Trudy would probably do best as either an only dog, or paired with a male dog. Cats seem to get her excited, so that’s probably a no go. She walks great on a leash, and is easy to take on car rides.
