Story
Tobias was found with his leg trapped in an animal trap some douchebag hunter left out. I’m refraining from posting the photos of how he was first found because they are so graphic.  All animal traps, such as the one Tobias lost a leg to are disgusting and end up hurting so many. If you feel so inclined to buy one, please use it on yourself and leave the animals alone.  Despite losing a leg, Tobias is a happy and healthy loving boy. Fully vetted and recovered and ready for his forever home   ##1497215##

Story
Meet Sandy, a sweet momma kitty with a story as uplifting as a spring day! Approximately 4 years old, Sandy's rescue story began when she found her way to a community cat feeding station. With the help of a compassionate cat rescuer, Sandy was safely trapped, and that same afternoon gave birth to five beautiful babies. Sandy proved to be a devoted and protective mother, ensuring her kittens thrived. Now, with her motherhood days behind her, Sandy is ready for her own happily-ever-after. Sandy has blossomed into a relaxed and easygoing companion, eagerly seeking out pets and enjoying playtime with toys. She adapted wonderfully to indoor-only living. She's mastered the art of relaxation, savoring the simple joys of springtime in every purr and stretch. She gets along well with other cats in her foster home, including one of her kittens now a full grown adult, also available for adoption if you're looking for a pair. ) Let Sandy bring sunshine into your home and heart, apply to meet her today! 🌷🐾 To meet sweet Sandy, apply here or at www.TheRescueTrain.org. Please don't be shy and answer all the questions thoroughly! Sandy is in a foster home in Northridge. Your application is used to set up a safe meeting and successful adoption. Los Angeles adopters only please.

This is a 'Courtesy Posting.' To meet Mowgli contact Harriet Britt: 818.845.3832 or 4allhmb@gmail.com Mowgli is a very special Cat. He’s an eight year old Orange/Buff Tabby/White American Shorthair with a round face, white chin, chest and feet, pale green eyes and little brown dots on his pink nose. Mowgli is intuitive and smart and social. He does best when there is interactive play daily with his humans, and loves to be brushed and cuddled at night time. Mowgli enjoys people coming to the house and will greet everyone. He’s a wonderfully interesting mix of dominant, sensitive and affectionate. He was leash trained and likes to go out on leash in a fenced yard where it’s safe. Mowgli is used to a treat of Cat grass - who doesn't love a good treat? He is active at play, but will see watch out windows if he’s not getting attention. Mowgli will sit on your lap or hang with you at your computer. He will “make biscuits,” give little Cat nip kisses, and loves to chase a lizard if one makes it into the house. Mowgli likes his interactive flying bird, playing with yarn and a new catnip banana. He loves treats! He may be good with other Cats if introduced properly/slowly but we don't know for sure; no Dogs, please. Meet Sean Connery –  this silver fox has the good looks, the charm, and even a twinkle in his eye – with a harrowing tale as well – he was trapped at one of the worst high kill shelters in Los Angeles on the euthanasia list, but with mere moments to spare, a fair maiden came to his aid and he escaped JUST in the nick of time.    He’s just a perfect man – loving, playful, cuddly, affectionate, and calm – he really is the WHOLE package!   April 22, 2024, 3:38 am

Story
Meet Divina! Divina and her family were strays and need loving homes. Divina and her children, Nino and Nina were living in a junkyard where they were being fed by a caring human. All cats are now safe with a loving foster but still need a FOREVER home with an amazing family. All cats are healthy and have been spayed/neutered and are vaccinated and microchipped. Divina is very timid, gentle, and sweet but will also eat treats from your hand. She needs a patient family who will take their time with her so she can come out of her shell. She’s fine around other cats and likes slow, gentle pets from her humans. She’s about two years old. Please email info@pawsofLArescue.org to inquire about adoption. Courtesy post*
