Story

Luther is a handsome panther who just turned 2. He and his litter mates were born in their foster home. They have all gone on to their furrever homes and Luther wonders why noone has wanted such a handsome boy such as himself.  He is a little on the shy side, but has really come out of his shell over the past few months. His bestest buddy is his foster brother Puff, but he gets along with most of the other cats. Sometimes he needs to be redirected when he's not taking cues from his foster sibs. He's never seen a dog, but he would probably be fine with one. He's also never been around children, so that might be an adjustment for him, but not out of the question. He almost always looks concerned, but he loves to play with the other cats and with toys. He's also been caught chasing his tail on occasion. He will jump up on the ottoman, but he's not really a cuddler and doesn't care much for being picked up and held, but will allow it. He would do fine alone or with other cats. Story

This handsome dude is a real charmer.  After being abandoned by his previous owner when she suddenly moved out of the country, he joined his foster family and made sure everyone knew he was the boss!  He is fine with other cats after a slow introduction, but would probably prefer to be a one and only.  When he was examined by the vet, it was discovered that he had a significant heart murmur.  It does not slow him down at all.  He is so sweet, full of life, lots of fun, and craves attention from humans.  The hope is that he will grown out of the murmur, but if not, he may not live as long as we would love to see.  He deserves a wonderful life with a loving human, regardless of his condition and he will be a wonderful companion for some lucky somebody!  Do you have the heart to share your home with this super cat? This sweet little girl was part of a colony of cats and was found one day off all by herself looking very hungry and sick.  She was rescued and taken into a foster home where she has been treated like royalty!  Sweet baby has CH, cerebellar hypoplasia, and has trouble walking and balancing, causing her to fall over.  She is very healthy, happy and will live a normal life with a few adjustments to accommodate her special needs.  She  loves other kitties, loves to play with toys and likes to wrestle, but is pretty quiet and calm most of the time.  If you have a place in your heart for a special needs kitty, this sweetheart will not disappoint.  She is pretty awesome! Diego is a BIG boy with very kissable cheeks. He adores being on your lap, next to your lap and thinking about getting in your lap. He will sleep next to you and nap next to you. He is just learning about toys and playing but is way more interested in his person and getting attention than anything else. He is making up for lost time in getting all the love that he can. At some point he had to have been somebody's baby and they dumped him out. He is a love and not a fighter and life for him outside was not easy. He ended up scarred, beaten up and with bite marks. Clearly he did not fight back. Being the easy target, he was attacked brutally by other cats and ended up with FIV. What does that mean? Very little other than if he get sick, he needs to see the vet. He doesn't need medication, extra care and should live as long and happy of a life as a non FIV baby. (You can learn more about FIV at www.fivcats.com). He happily lives with other cats in foster care and is gentle and loving, if not a little cautious with them. He just wants love and kisses. General Personality:  bright, always happy to see you, greets you when you come home, curious, guard cat checking out the windows for possums and raccoons “just WHO do you think you are in my yard?”, active. Cute things about her: She loves to be petted, loves attention, chirps to say hello, very friendly, she’s fine with you touching her on her tummy, head, tail.  Favorite things:  Bird and squirrel watching; her favorite is when the hummingbird comes to the feeder and looks at her through the window. She loves to play with her feather wand toy and can spend hours playing - for as long as your arm holds out.
