Max's Ark, Inc's Adoption Process

An application needs to be submitted to start a process as a safety procedure as our rescues are kept on private foster homes .
Once received ( by email ) one of our volunteers will contac the potential adopter to go thru details and plan on a meet and greet
If both parties consider it is a good fit a house visit is a " must"
Before closing the adoption process
We will provide medical records ,microchip information , meds of needed and food for one week to facilitate the transition
Fee is decided based on the veterinarian costs so can change depending of the dog .

About Max's Ark, Inc

Our main focus is on rescuing puppy mills and breeders dogs as those have expend their whole lives having babies and the lack of human contact makes them difficult to adopt out
We socialize them , provide the medical care they need and when they're ready we place them on permanent homes
NO DOG SHOULD DIE WIHTOUT KNOWING WHAT IT IS TO BELONG TO A FAMILY AND BE LOVED ...
We are small so our network of donors is limited that's why we expect adoption fee to cover at least the basic bill :
Spay/neutered , shots ,dewormer ,dental and heart worm test .
