Almost Home Dog Rescue is a non-profit, no-kill, foster-based, all volunteer rescue organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilating dogs at risk and in danger of an untimely death. We bring dogs to us from rural areas where there is a large stray population, spays are infrequently done and pounds and shelters are high kill when they fill up. Adoption rates are high in our area.
We are foster based. We do have events at predetermined locations but most of our adoptions will be by appointment to pre approved adopters.
