We have an adoption application, and contract. We only adopt to folks that have been checked out. Indoor homes are required and we contact their vet, landlord and references

About Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue - CT

We are a new group of 3 woman. Between us 3 we have over 15 years experience in animal rescue. Here in the Deep South animals are thrown away, up north folks worship them. We’ve seen it all and we want to make a difference.

Come Meet Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue - CT's Pets

99% of our dogs will be adopted in the New England area. We use a licensed pet transport so we adopt to where they transport.
We team up with the local pet stores for adoption events and educating the public about spaying and neutering.
