Submit Application
You may submit an application to foster or adopt at http://www.obesangelsrescue.com.

Interview
A volunteer will contact you within a few days to review your application and further clarify the type of dog you are looking for.

Home Check
a volunteer will contact you to arrange a home check so we can meet everyone in the home and see where one of our dogs might live.
4.
Meet the Pet
After successful completion of application process, we will match you to any available dog(s) and contact you to arrange an introduction.

We want their futures to be as free from change and upheaval as possible. Our adoption and matching process may seem rigorous, but it is for the protection of the dog as well as the adopters. We want to match you with the right dog so that he/she will be a lifelong companion.

Obe's Angls Rescue is a small rescue working to save dogs from high-kill shelters and caring for them until we can find permanent homes. Our primary focus is on the Pit Bull breeds, which is highly discriminated against and frequently euthanized in shelters across the nation. We also strive to network with other rescues so that more dogs of all breeds can find their forever homes. Our hope is to expand over time to be able to save many more dogs. As a 501C3 organization, we rely entirely on donations so that we are able to vet, hous, and rehome the dogs in our care.

When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
