Areas Sierra’s K9 Rescue & Rehab Serves

San Antonio and surrounding areas up to 200 miles.

Sierra’s K9 Rescue & Rehab's Adoption Process

1. Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

We hold adoption events every/most weekend.

2. Submit Application

We do a vet check to ensure current/previous pets are/were up-to-date on vaccinations and heartworm preventative.

3. Home Check

If the vet check is good, we schedule a home visit to check the fences and to make sure all pets get along.

4. Sign Adoption Contract

At the home visit, we have them sign a contract and pay the adoption fee.

Please note: Our rescue requires all your pets to be spayed or neutered, and everyone must be current on all vaccines and heart worm preventative.

We will make an exception for medical reasons.

About Sierra’s K9 Rescue & Rehab

We are a small Rescue Group who rescues street dogs. All of our pets are currently being housed in foster homes, but we are working on building a shelter so that we can rescue more pets!

Come Meet Sierra’s K9 Rescue & Rehab's Pets

We are currently holding adoptions at PetsMart. We alternate between the Bitters/281 and Evans/281 locations on Saturdays.
