Bellwood Rescue

Bellwood Rescue was founded many years ago when as a girl I collected all stray animals. My father said if anyone turned an elephant loose I would have it in the house within a day. I am much older now and know elephants won't fit in my house but I would love to have one. There are many reasons to rescue but my main reason is I feel we were put here as stewards of the earth. We aren't doing a very good job but I want to do my part. So I take in unwanted animals.
