Shelter FAQs

We serve a minumum of 23 towns. From as far South as Blaine, Me. and North as Perham, Me. We also take in owner released pets from other areas.

Additional adoption info

Anyone looking to adopt from the shelter must first fill out an adoption application. We will then review and check out all info on the application. If you are approved for a pet you can than proceedd with the actual adoption paper work.
The fees are as follows:
Cats that are altered $60.00
Kittens 8 weeks - 6 months $45.00
Cats over 6 months not altered $38.00
Dogs that are altered $70.00
Puppies 8 weeks - 6 months $50.00
Dogs over 6 months not altered $48.00

Anyone adopting a pet not altered MUST leave a $100.00 deposit refundable upon the new owner altering which must be done within 4 months.
